Landa is on the Right
We writing to you because we need your help. Our Cousin and dear friend Landa had a melanoma on her face about seven years ago, right after giving birth to her first child - at the time they had to reconstruct her entire face, but they thought it was all taken care of. She has been checked every year for the past seven years and has even had two more children in the elapsed time. About two weeks ago she was having burning stomach pains and she went to her primary care physician. They took a series of test and found metastatic malignant tumors in her liver, lung and brain. It has spread to other places too. She will be receiving injections of an experimental drug in clinical trial. The doctors have had great success with this drug but it has yet to receive FDA approval. She is thirty four years old and has three small children. Thank God her family is amazing and everyone is here to support her. Research dollars fund these clinical trials!!
